just tested a qpod 340cc rest station insisted that we put a front number plate put a paper one in windscreen temporary has anyone had this and did you get a small plate for front

Hi,
I got pulled up on No front plate at recent MOT.. (informed that, as the Qpod, is technically a car, it must be fitted with number plates (front & back). I've opted for full UK spec. stick on, full size plate (not sure totally legal - depending what/where you read up)... But it was accepted for the MOT and it passed.
I fitted it on the bonnet, below windscreen (apparently on windscreen would be illegal)...
With hind sight, I would have opted for the 2 row 'square' plate that I've seen on many Qpod pictures... but its done
