Qpod Club - be part of the fun!

Hi all,

Many ask which is the cheapest / best insurance company for their Qpod.

I purchased a Qpod in 2007 which was brand new and at the old age of 67 with maximum NCB.

I used the insurance broker SURETERM, the cost over the years has been about £100 per year, for full com with a limited mileage.

I have been please with Sureterm over the 6 years, but I have never made a claim.

But now I have sold the Qopd and needed to cancel my policy, which is a legal requirement.

I have used 5 months of the 12 month policy.

I hoped for a credit… WRONG, in my case the insurer will not credit you if you had it for more 150 days cover.

Then Sureturm also required a £5 admin charge + a £50 cancel fee.

So I am trying to warn you all to READ THE SMALL PRINT on all insurance documents….

By the way they have now cancelled my £50 cancel charge as a  jester of good will.

All the best to you all.
